I would highly recommend Spaffords for all your home improvement needs. They did quality work transforming our kitchen and bath into beautiful stylish spaces. Since we lived out of state while having the work done they were very easy to work with and kept us informed throughout the entire process.

Spaffords Construction is outstanding. In every discipline. From Eric, to his office manager and all 5 of his craftsmen. Eric is a man of his word. He strives for a 5-star rating and his company certainly deserves it. He was straight forward about costs, timeline, and delivered on every promise.

Spaffords Construction & Remodeling did a fantastic job repairing my bathroom after a long-term leak caused water damage and mold. They removed and replaced flooring and drywall, treated the mold, painted, then tiled the floor. Bob did a great job and the whole team was professional throughout.

Eric and his crews were fabulous! Very open and responsive with their communication. Work ethic and concern about quality were superb. I could not be happier with their work and end result. I especially appreciated their 'Can DO' attitude. They tackled every challenge with professionalism.

So happy with the add on, I had a good feeling about Spaffords from the first time we talked. Eric is very professional and his whole crew is as awesome as he is. They made this whole process so smooth, great communication, very honest and transparent with pricing. Highly recommend!

Eric and his crew were fantastic! I couldn't be happier! I had to turn my one car garage into an apartment for my mother and add an attached shed and carport to it. They handled the complex project beautifully - converted the garage, added plumbing, and created a perfect living space.

I had Spaffords remodel my bathroom. They tore out the tub and replaced it with a walk-in shower so it would be safer for me. Every person that worked on it was top notch. They did an excellent job and they were all very kind and easy to work with.

We had a complete master bathroom remodel. Eric and his crew were great. We had specific plans and dimensions and the room was perfect. Just as we imagined. Their attention to detail and ability to execute our vision was outstanding.

Spaffords Construction did a wonderful job and did it correctly the first time without any returns to do over. I am so impressed because they paid attention to the smallest detail and made any adjustments that I asked. Friendly and helpful throughout the entire project.

I was, at first, a bit apprehensive as I was not there when the work was performed. However, Eric did exactly what he promised to do while sending photos every step of the way. I couldn't be happier with the result. There were no delays and communication was excellent.
